Nearly 50 percent of Palm Springs, Coachella Valley desert-area residents, snowbirds, tourists, vacationers and other visitors are 55 or over. This website is dedicated to enhancing and celebrating the lives of those 55-plus boomers (like myself), active-adults, seniors and retirees.
